Jett Civil Engineering provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the 7.7-acre site, addressing several key constraints including a 69 kV power line, existing adjacent grading challenges, and required improvements to an adjacent commercial property. The scope included grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure design to support efficient site functionality and long-term performance. The project delivers attainable and affordable housing in an area experiencing significant growth driven by new entertainment, hospitality, and employment uses, including major job creation tied to the nearby VAI Resort and surrounding development.
