This 190-unit multifamily workforce housing community is located in Peoria at the intersection of Peoria Avenue and 87th Avenue, with strong access to regional freeways and nearby employment centers. The project is situated within an established submarket with limited recent multifamily development and benefits from proximity to medical, educational, recreational, and entertainment destinations throughout the West Valley.
Jett Civil Engineering provided full civil engineering services for the 5.4-acre site, addressing grading, drainage, and utility design while navigating the constraints of a high-visibility urban intersection. The scope included off-site street widening along 87th Avenue, requiring careful coordination to support traffic flow, site access, and long-term functionality for both the development and surrounding roadway network.
