Chris Patton, P.E., has more than 30 years of experience as a professional engineer in land development engineering consisting primarily of residential, multi-family, and single-family development, roadway design, and commercial/retail development. Throughout his extensive career, he has successfully led a variety of high-impact projects, from designing and implementing infrastructure roadway systems to overseeing large-scale residential and commercial developments. His experience and leadership have made him a trusted advisor in the engineering community, ensuring the successful execution of projects that enhance communities and support economic growth.

 A proud graduate of Arizona State University, Jason Reynolds, P.E., has been active in the civil engineering industry since 2019 and became a licensed professional engineer in 2023. He brings comprehensive experience across commercial, multi-family, and city parks projects, with a hands-on approach that spans every phase of development – from initial due diligence and feasibility analysis through design, permitting, and construction administration. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative mindset, he works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.

Bernie Pipan serves as a Project Manager supporting land development and multifamily projects across Arizona. Since joining Greenlight Communities, he has been an integral part of the Jett Civil Engineering team, focusing on construction document coordination, municipal permitting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. His background in site planning and project management contributes to the team’s ability to deliver technically sound and efficiently executed engineering solutions. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University.
